Training times for 2017/18 have not yet been confirmed but we will try and get that information to you as soon as we can. This coming year we are trying to add more sessions, in and out of the pool for both swimming and water polo, so keep your eyes open for more information on here and our Facebook page.
Last year (2016/17) our core pool sessions were as follows;
- Club Swim 20:15-21:30
- Mens polo 17:15-19:30
- Womens polo 19:30-21:30
- Womens polo (1st only) 19:15-20:30
- Mens polo (1st only) 20:15-21:30
- Club Swim 9:00-11:00
- Womens polo 14:30-16:00
- Mens polo 16:00-17:30
- Club Swim 16:15-17:30
Additional training sessions are often available throughout the year depending on which team you are. These times may vary depending on fixtures. Water Polo players are also welcome to get further swim training during the swimming sessions run by the club (see swimming page).
All training sessions take place at St Leonards Land. The pool is located on the third floor. For information on performance swim training please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
